These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 66jj ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://66jj.io and all associated services, features, games, betting markets, and promotional programmes made available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 66jj platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand and agree to be bound by them, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, as displayed in the account dashboard.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit, free bet, reload bonus, or promotional reward added to a Player's Account by 66jj as part of a promotional programme, which is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other payment method accepted by 66jj, which form part of the withdrawable Account Balance once applicable wagering requirements are met.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before 66jj processes a Player's first withdrawal or where additional verification is required under 66jj's security procedures.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the 66jj website at https://66jj.io, including all pages, games, betting markets, account systems, and support services accessible under that domain.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the time zone used for all time-sensitive terms, bonus activation windows, support hours, and processing time commitments on the 66jj platform.

To register an account with 66jj, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 66jj enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered players. This requirement applies regardless of local laws that may set a different minimum age for gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity). Accounts may only be held by individuals.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on the 66jj platform. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, or contact details used to register them.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension that is currently in force on the 66jj platform.

Registration constitutes your representation and warranty to 66jj that you meet all eligibility requirements. 66jj reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

66jj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with responsible platform management standards. KYC verification is mandatory before a Player's first withdrawal is processed. 66jj may also require re-verification at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that account information is inaccurate, out of date, or that suspicious activity has occurred.

To complete KYC verification, Players must submit:

• A clear copy of a valid, government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh.
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits. For bKash and Nagad accounts, this typically requires confirmation that the mobile number registered with those services matches the number registered on the 66jj account.
• Any additional documentation that 66jj reasonably requests to verify the Player's identity, age, or residential address in Bangladesh.

Players who do not complete KYC verification within 30 days of making their first deposit may have their withdrawal rights suspended until verification is complete. This does not affect the Player's ability to continue placing bets or playing games, only to make withdrawals.

Deposits. 66jj accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all mobile money methods. Deposits via bKash and Nagad credit to the Player's Account balance within approximately 30 seconds of a successful mobile money confirmation. 66jj does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be sent to payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verified bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are processed by the 66jj finance team within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in BST. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Only Real Money Funds that meet the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in relation to a deposit made to your 66jj account is a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, 66jj will suspend the associated account pending investigation and will recover the disputed amount from any pending withdrawal requests or remaining balance.

66jj offers a range of promotional programmes including the daily reload bonus, seasonal cricket promotions, and VIP cashback. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• The daily reload bonus is available to Players who make a qualifying deposit on each calendar day in BST. The bonus is credited within 15 minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. Daily bonus amounts and percentage rates are published on the platform and may change at 66jj's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains subject to wagering requirements will cause the previous bonus and any associated winnings to be forfeited.
• Bonuses are issued in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and credited as Bonus Funds. They are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for any item of value outside the platform.
• 66jj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a Player has had a reasonable opportunity to use it, any qualifying deposit made in reliance on that bonus will be refunded.

All bets placed and games played on the 66jj platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product category. These product-level rules are published within each game or betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-level rules and these Terms, the product-level rules will prevail in relation to the specific product only.

Sports Betting. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are governed by 66jj's Sports Betting Rules. Odds are displayed in decimal format. Bets are settled on the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). 66jj does not accept liability for results disputed by third parties after official settlement.

In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted until the market is suspended by 66jj's trading system. 66jj reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured at the displayed odds unless a manifest error is identified.

Manifest Errors. 66jj reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, market data, or game configuration. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would recognise as obviously incorrect — for example, a market displaying odds of 500/1 for a heavily favoured outcome due to a data feed error. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account as Real Money Funds at the original stake amount.

Casino and Slot Games. All casino games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, etc.) and slot games are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. These games use independently audited random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panels.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66jj platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may result in the matter being referred to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods.
• Providing false or misleading personal information at registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known bug must be returned. Failure to report a known bug constitutes misconduct.

• Using the 66jj platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. 66jj cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and will report suspicious activity patterns to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to access another Player's account, or assisting another person in accessing an account that does not belong to them.
• Placing bets or making deposits on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account credentials to access the platform.

66jj is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. 66jj provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity.

Players may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited into your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session notifications after a specified period of continuous platform use. Available in 30-minute, 1-hour, and 2-hour intervals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66jj's liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises. 66jj is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of — or inability to use — the platform.

By registering an account, you consent to 66jj processing your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management, identity verification, and fraud prevention.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and payment-related queries.
• Delivering platform communications including bonus notifications, account security alerts, and Terms updates.
• Responsible gaming monitoring, including the application of deposit limits and self-exclusion requests.

Continued use of the 66jj platform after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes the Player's acceptance of those amended Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they may close their account at any time and withdraw their Real Money Balance subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Player and 66jj with respect to the Player's use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be severed from the Terms. 2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction by the customer support team within 5 business days, the Player may request escalation to the 66jj management team by replying to the original support thread and requesting escalation. The management team will respond within a further 5 business days.
3. Final Decision: The decision of the 66jj management team on any escalated dispute constitutes 66jj's final position. Players retain any rights available to them under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contract.

66jj will not be bound by the outcome of any third-party dispute resolution service, arbitration panel, or court order unless 66jj is a named party to the relevant proceedings and has had a full opportunity to be heard.
